    SMT生產線對貼片機的要求

      SMT對貼片機的基本要求可以用3句話歸納:一要貼得準,二要貼得好,三要貼得快


      (1)貼得準

      貼得準包含以下兩層意思。

      ①元件正確:要求各裝配方位元器材的類型、類型、標稱值和極性等特征標記要契合產品的裝配圖和明細表要求,不能貼錯方位。

      ②方位精確:元器材的端頭或引線均和政策圖形要在方位和角度上盡量對齊、居中。現在貼裝的對中政策除傳統的PCB上焊盤圖形外,還有以實踐印刷的焊膏圖形為依據。


      (2)貼得好

      貼得好包含以下3層意思。

      ①不損傷元件:拾取和貼裝時因為供料器、元器材、印制板的誤差以及z軸操控的缺點等都或許形成元器材的損傷,導致貼裝失效。

      ②壓力(貼片高度)合適:貼片壓力(高度)要合適,貼片壓力過小,元器材焊端或引腳浮在焊膏外表,焊膏粘不住元器材,在傳遞和回流焊時簡單發生方位移動;貼片壓力過大,焊膏擠出量過多,簡單形成焊膏粘連,回流焊時容易粘接:壓力太大甚至會損壞元器材。

      ③確保貼裝率:因為貼片機參數調整不合理或元器材貼裝功能不良及供料器和吸嘴缺點都會導致貼裝過程中元器材掉落,這種現象稱為“掉片”或“拋料”。在實踐出產中,用“貼裝率”來衡量,當貼裝率低于預訂水平,必須查看原因。


      (3)貼得快

      一般一塊電路板上有數十到上千個元件,這些元件都是一個一個貼上去的,貼裝速度是出產功率(產能)的基本要求。貼裝速度首要取決于貼片機的速度,一起也與貼裝工藝的優化、設備的使用和辦理緊密相關。

      (1) Paste accurately

      Sticking properly contains the following two meanings.

      ②Accurate orientation: The ends or leads of the equipment and the policy graphics should be aligned and centered as far as possible in the orientation and angle. In addition to the traditional land patterns on the PCB, the current mounting centering policy is based on the solder paste patterns printed in practice.


      (2) posted well

      Posting well includes the following 3 meanings.

      ① No damage to the components: due to the errors of the feeder, the component, the printed board and the shortcomings of the z-axis control during picking and placement, the damage of the component may result in the failure of the placement.

      ②The pressure (patch height) is appropriate: the pressure (height) of the patch should be appropriate, the pressure of the patch is too small, the solder end or pin of the element device is floating on the surface of the solder paste, and the solder paste cannot stick to the element device, and it is transferred and reflowed. Orientation movement simply occurs when the patch pressure is too high, the solder paste is squeezed out too much, and the solder paste adhesion is simply formed. It is easy to bond during reflow soldering: too much pressure can even damage the components.

      ③Ensure the placement rate: because of unreasonable adjustment of the placement machine parameters, poor placement of the meta equipment and the defects of the feeder and the nozzle, the meta equipment will fall during the placement process. This phenomenon is called "dropping" or "Throwing materials". In actual production, the "mounting rate" is used to measure. When the mounting rate is lower than the booked level, the reason must be checked.


      (3) Post fast

      Generally, there are dozens to thousands of components on a circuit board, and these components are attached one by one. The mounting speed is the basic requirement of the production power (capacity). The placement speed mainly depends on the speed of the placement machine, and it is also closely related to the optimization of the placement process, the use and management of the equipment.
