倍速鏈流水線采用鋁合金型材作為導軌,以三倍速鏈條為傳輸介質,電動、氣動控制相結合,整體運行處相對自由節拍狀態,廣泛應用于電視機、顯示器、儀器儀表、空調、燃氣具、摩托車配件、汽車配件等產品的裝配、調試及檢測作業。同時可與提升機或懸掛輸送線、自動搬運機械手組成立體交叉的循環生產系統。
一、初級維護保養
日常維護保養主要由崗位工完成,每天進行。
每天上班開機前檢查有無物料、工具、雜物堆放在輸送線上,有無雜物卡住鏈條影響正常運行;觀察電器控制部分是否有燒損現象,急停按鈕是否在許可開機運行位置;在以上工作完成后,才能開始點試啟動一至二次,正常再開機運行工作;
每天下班前停機后,清理輸送線各工作區因當天工作時留下的各種廢渣,另外不要使材料、工具或廢渣掉入鏈條中,以免影響正常運行、發生損壞等事故。
二、深度保養
二級維護保養應由專人(專班)定期進行,根據開機頻度,一般平常二周至周圍進行一次。
1.對輸送線重要傳動零部件進行檢查,如鏈輪、張緊裝配、鏈扣等是否有松動、移位或脫開,鏈板是否有彎曲凹陷,如有應及時給予調整歸位緊固;
2.對機頭馬達、牙箱及各配套專機檢查,有否松動及不正常狀態,如發現及時進行處理;
3.對電控箱內元件,行程開關、電眼及其支腳進行檢查,有否松動或偏位,導電輪是否有偏歪或損壞,如發現及時糾正;
4.檢查各活動元件動作是否有力、平穩,響應時間是否正常,有無顯明噪聲、異響及震蕩,氣動元件及管路是否漏氣或松動;
5.檢查各運行軌道是否有彎曲變形,各扶手、支架等構件連接螺絲是否松動,鏈條是否松弛,給予調整;
6.檢查輸送線鏈條張緊度,如太松應調整機尾處鏈條張緊裝置,保證鏈條張緊度合適。
三、潤滑
設備機械活動部件保持優秀的潤滑,是保證設備優秀運行和正常壽命的基本前提。
每周對下列活動部位加潤滑脂(黃油)或潤滑油:
1.機頭傳動(驅動)鏈條、鏈輪——潤滑脂
2.帶座軸承——潤滑油
3.傳動鏈條、鏈輪——潤滑脂
4.減速器潤滑保養——按減速器使用維護說明書進行保養、加油潤滑。

One, primary maintenance
Daily maintenance is mainly done by post workers and is carried out every day.
Check whether there are materials, tools, and sundries stacked on the conveyor line every day before starting to work, and whether sundries are stuck in the chain and affecting normal operation; observe whether the electrical control part is burnt, and whether the emergency stop button is in the permitted start-up position; After the above work is completed, only one or two trial starts can be started, and then the machine can be started and run normally;
After shutting down before get off work every day, clean up the various waste residues left by the working area of the conveyor line due to the work that day. In addition, do not let materials, tools or waste residues fall into the chain to avoid affecting normal operation and damage.
2. Deep maintenance
Secondary maintenance should be carried out regularly by a dedicated person (special shift). According to the frequency of starting up, it is usually carried out once every two weeks to the surrounding area.
1. Check the important transmission parts of the conveyor line, such as whether the sprocket, tension assembly, chain buckle, etc. are loose, shifted or disengaged, whether the chain plate is bent or recessed, and if so, it should be adjusted and tightened in time ;
2. Check the head motor, tooth box and various supporting special machines for any loose or abnormal condition, and deal with it in time if found;
3. Inspect the components in the electric control box, the travel switch, the electric eye and its feet, whether there is any looseness or deviation, whether the conductive wheel is skewed or damaged, if found, correct it in time;
4. Check whether the movement of each movable element is strong and stable, whether the response time is normal, whether there is obvious noise, abnormal sound and vibration, whether the pneumatic components and pipelines are leaking or loose;
5. Check whether the running track is bent or deformed, whether the connecting screws of the armrests, brackets and other components are loose, whether the chain is loose, and adjust;
6. Check the tension of the conveyor chain. If it is too loose, adjust the chain tensioning device at the tail to ensure that the chain tension is appropriate.
Three, lubrication
Maintaining excellent lubrication of equipment and mechanical moving parts is the basic prerequisite for ensuring excellent operation and normal life of the equipment.
Add grease (butter) or lubricant to the following moving parts every week:
1. Machine head transmission (drive) chain, sprocket-grease
2. Bearing with seat-lubricant
3. Transmission chain, sprocket-grease
4. Reducer lubrication and maintenance-according to the reducer operation and maintenance manual for maintenance and lubrication.
