注意事項：
1、在安裝生產設備之前請帶好相關安全防護裝置；
2、安裝完成后請勿將軸承座再拆開來，這樣設備很有可能會出故障；
3、請不要刮壞上面的油封。
底部安裝：
1、使用時吧滾珠絲桿螺帽安裝在工作時間內，還需要將螺帽插入鞍座時要輕微的把它鎖設；
2、將固定端及支撐端輕設到基座上去。把它的一端對準軸中心面鞍好，這樣就能使工作時平滑移動，調整各方面的位置，直到每個地方都可以平滑的移動，請務必需要固定好在操作。
3、方形和圓形軸承座最大的區別就是形狀，其次就是用途和承受力了，方的呢是偏薄的材料制成，圓形相對比就比較厚一些，但其實差距不算大，一般還是會用前者，因為比較好安裝，這才是最關鍵的。
